Minor in Law
By choosing to earn the Minor in Law for Applied Health Sciences, you will gain a broad understanding of legal terminology, concepts and issues that affect the health care sector. This will give you an edge in professional environments that involve interaction with legal professionals or the legal system.
When health care professionals and managers have functional knowledge of the laws that affect their work, it enables them to:

The minor is comprised of classes within the Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science program as well as undergraduate classes taught by Wayne State University Law School faculty for a total of 18 credits — 9 from WSU Applebaum and 9 from Wayne Law.
