Osama founded and operated Arbor Lane Pharmacies in Dearborn heights, Redford and Novi Michigan. Osama's focus is on health care delivery in both retail and long-term settings. He developed programs to increase patient safety, compliance and outcome. Advocated on behalf of all patients' well-being. Developed new medication delivery systems to improve compliance and outcomes.

Osama is involved in many community health projects and sits on many local community boards. Osama has been involved in many educational mentorship and philanthropy programs.
