EACPHS takes poster award at Michigan Physical Therapy Association conference
Physical therapy students and faculty from the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences attended the Michigan Physical Therapy Association fall conference Oct. 5-6, 2018, in Traverse City. Notably, one research team brought home the Best Student Poster award for "Physical Markers of Functional Fitness in Persons with Dementia and Their Family Care Partners."

Eleven students attended with the support of travel scholarships from the Physical Therapy Founders Endowment, which was established by Beverly Schmoll, former dean and member of the first graduating class in physical therapy.
