Tips from CAPS: How to practice self-care

In celebration of Valentine's Week, CAPS would like to remind you that the most important relationship is with yourself.
With midterms approaching, it can be easy to deprioritize time to practice self-care. Spending 15 to 20 minutes a few times a week practicing self-love can help you recharge your battery and prevent burnout. During times of high stress, self-care can be the secret ingredient to success! Set aside some time to get to know yourself this week and practice self-love.
