The Office of Student and Alumni Affairs, Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (EACPHS), Wayne State University, has developed a comprehensive online Transcript Evaluation Guide. The Guide is intended to assist prospective students in planning and evaluating their prerequisite classes and grade point averages (GPA\'s)

Through the online service, students are provided quick access to EACPHS Transfer Equivalency Guides, the Transfer Credit Evaluation website and the General Education Transfer policy. It also features the new EACPHS Transcript Evaluation Worksheet, which calculates science GPA\'s and provides an organized printable guide for student use.
